Welcome to Dr. Truong's Family Dentistry. We are dedicated to providing dental care with a gentle touch that is both affordable and accessible to you and your family. When you enter our office, you will be greeted by our caring, friendly staff, who take pride in making you feel welcome and comfortable.
We provide comprehensive dentistry for all ages and offer a wide range of services. We accept many dental PPO insurance plans and offer affordable payment plan options.
We serve the greater Santa Clara County area. Our office is conveniently located near Westfield Valley Fair Mall in the heart of San Jose. The building offers disabled parking at the rear, and the office entrance and restroom are wheelchair-accessible.

We believe healthy smiles begin with gentle care and early education.
For some young children, visiting the dentist can be a stressful experience. To ease their concerns, we strive to make their visit fun and educational.
Upon entering the office, children are drawn to the play corner, where they can sit, interact with the activity center, or read a book.
After each visit, we invite children to explore the treasure chest and select a prize as a reward for their cooperation, reinforcing a positive experience at the dentist.
Yvonne Truong, D.M.D.
Dr. Truong received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University's Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2003.
From 2004 to 2020, Dr. Truong worked as a general dentist for the Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital System, providing services for the underinsured community. While working at various clinic locations, she developed a passion for treating and educating children.
In 2011, Dr. Truong also established her private practice, where she enjoys treating families.
Min Ji Cho, D.M.D.
Dr. Min Ji Cho is a General Family and Cosmetic dentist. Dr. Cho grew up in the South Bay and attended the University of California, Davis for her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. She received her Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA.
After serving her community in Boston for the past 3 years, Dr. Cho returned home to serve the community where she grew up. Dr. Cho enjoys meeting and getting to know her patients to provide them with the best professional care, tailored to each individual and their family. She continues to strive to uphold her values by continuously learning and engaging in dental studies outside of her practice to expand her scope of dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Cho enjoys exploring new hiking trails, camping, and golfing.

Kayla is our Patient Coordinator, coordinating patient scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance e-claim reimbursement.
Nigel Cook, MS, PMP, CSM
Our Office Manager, Nigel, oversees office operations and handles treatment planning, insurance e-claim reimbursement, and contracting.
